Each NEONGAINS® garment is produced especially for you after an order is placed using professional manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs while reducing waste and excess inventory.

As each item enters production specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

Colour & Print Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because digital screens project light and vary in calibration, colours may appear differently on individual devices. Slight variations in colour, brightness, print placement, and garment appearance are normal characteristics of the production process and do not constitute a defect.
